Friendly staff and clean room During my city trip, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff was very friendly and they made sure that my room was clean and tidy. the key location was very convenient and easy to find.
the address listed online was misleading and caused confusion when trying to find the hotel.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with great amenities. Enjoyed the swimming pool and nearby services that were very convenient. The air conditioning was excellent given the tropical climate. The customer service was exceedingly helpful and gave fantastic feedback on local service, which was very useful.
Not everything was perfect during the stay. The room could have been improved with better flooring in the shower, which made the floor wet, especially around the WC. the trash in the apartment was not cleared promptly.
